Sai joined City HR in July 2025 as Head of Community Growth. Bringing experience from across the charity, higher education and legal sectors, Sai plays a key role in growing the City HR community, strengthening relationships with members through targeted outreach and events. She also manages the Trusted Supplier Network (TSN) and sits on the TSN Steering Committee, helping shape strategic partnerships across the network.
Alongside her role at City HR, Sai serves as Co-Chair of the Young Professionals Network at the Trade Association Forum, where she champions development opportunities for emerging trade association professionals.
We act as the voice, represent the interests and provide thought leadership to the HR community within the financial services sector.
