During his time at Monzo, he led reward transformation for a regulated UK bank in geographic expansion mode, consolidating fragmented compensation practices into scalable frameworks.
Giac now specialises in the evaluation of reward technology and AI applications for Reward. As a member of the City HR Trusted Supplier Network SteerCo, he leverages this expertise to vet and validate HR technology vendors, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of the FS sector.
In parallel, Giac is establishing an independent advisory practice and an industry community focused on technical enablement in Reward. His work bridges the gap between vendor product design and practical, secure implementation for HR teams.
