Fleur Primavera is Head of HR and L&D at Langham Hall (LH) a global provider of fund admin & AIFMD services, where she leads the people strategy for the UK business and sits on the Executive Committee. She also leads people projects across the LH European group, working with HR Leads and senior stakeholders to bring greater consistency to development, performance and ways of working. Prior to this, Fleur was HR Manager at Greenhill & Co., supporting multiple European jurisdictions in a regulated investment banking environment. Earlier in her career, she worked with Knightsbridge Schools International, a start-up launching IB schools across Europe and Latin America. Fleur is CIPD Level 7 qualified.
Outside of work, she is a busy mum, a keen traveller, enjoys gardening, and spends most weekends outdoors or exploring new restaurants.
