Sophie is a Senior Consultant within Aon’s Talent Solutions business, advising financial services organisations and specialising in banking clients. She partners with clients to benchmark pay and design solutions that attract, retain and motivate talent while supporting broader business objectives. Through data led insight, she helps financial services organisations optimise their people spend.
Prior to joining Aon, Sophie was a Reward Specialist at a leading global professional services company, gaining a practical understanding of reward in-house within a large, complex global organisation. She began her career within the People Advisory Services practice of a Big Four firm, specialising in Global Mobility, where she advised multinational organisations on global compensation, payroll and tax compliance for internationally mobile employees.
Outside of work, Sophie enjoys fitness, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
