Sandy is an international people and business strategy leader, with experience shaping high-performing organisations across financial services and high-growth technology environments. She is known for operating at the intersection of commercial priorities and people outcomes, aligning talent, structure and culture to support sustainable growth.
In her current role at AustralianSuper, Sandy works across the UK and US to strengthen leadership capability, team performance and organisational culture. Alongside overseeing UK and US early careers activity, she leads work across leadership development, coaching, inclusion and team effectiveness.
Sandy brings a strong track record of scaling organisations, improving performance and translating strategy into practical, people-led outcomes in complex and fast-changing environments. She is known for her pragmatic, collaborative approach and her focus on building high-trust, high-performing teams.
Sandy is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and a BA in Business Economics. She has a particular interest in blockchain technology and digital assets.
Outside of work, she loves travelling, discovering new cultures, spending quality time with her dog, and enjoying the performing arts.
