Louise Brown joined the City HR board in July 2019 and has over 20 years of Financial Services experience. She is currently Business Management Director, HSBC, recognised as one of Brummel’s Inspirational Women: Change Makers 2024 and a Top 10 HR Executives to Follow in 2024. Louise is passionate about driving the future of work and digital agenda whilst being an advocate for keeping people at the heart of the organisation’s journey and making the workplace accessible to all. Louise enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 girls, cycling and taking part in outdoor activities.
We act as the voice, represent the interests and provide thought leadership to the HR community within the financial services sector.
