Amera joined City HR Board in January 2024.
Amera is the Head of HR, UK & Ireland at Swiss Re. She has more than 20 years HR experience, previously working at the Bank of Montreal, TD Securities, Credit Suisse, Gartmore Investment Management and ING Barings.
Outside of work, Amera’s passion is to help people. She is an active volunteer with several charities operating in the UK and beyond.
Amera holds an MA in Human Resources Management, and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
We act as the voice, represent the interests and provide thought leadership to the HR community within the financial services sector.
