Fenil Khiroya is a distinguished Human Resources executive known for her strategic leadership, passion for inclusion, and impactful contributions to the financial services sector. As the Global Head of HR, Legal at Standard Chartered Bank, she plays a pivotal role in shaping people strategy, driving transformation, and embedding inclusive culture at scale. Prior to this role she was the Head of HR for the UK and was pivotal on leading the people approach for the UK / Europe during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered Bank, Fenil held a significant position at UBS, where she championed the establishment of the bank’s first ethnicity network, serving as its chair and forming a dedicated committee to support its mission .
Fenil has been recognised in the 100 Women to Watch List by Cranfield School of Management twice (2021 & 2024), identifying her as a top-tier candidate for FTSE 350 Non-Executive Director roles. She is also a three time honouree on the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Executive List, which celebrates executives breaking barriers for ethnic minorities in business.
Beyond her corporate role, Fenil has contributed to the Financial Services Skills Commission on D&I challenges across the sector and has been a School Governor for the top Grammar school in the UK.
