Jon Kudlick

Jon joined City HR in May 2025 to focus on membership development and operations. Jon has been working within the membership sector for over 25 years, since joining the Royal Society of Arts as their first Head of Fellowship. Since then, he has led on marketing, communications and membership engagement for professional bodies such as Royal Society of Biology, trade associations such as the BioIndustry Association, and charities, including RNID and Royal British Legion. He recently became a trustee of the holocaust education charity Generation2Generation, which provides training and support to 2nd and 3rd generation survivors to tell their stories in businesses and schools. Jon lives with his family in North London, and writes music in his spare time.
