The EDI Network meets in person for informal roundtable events with the aim of networking and connecting with HR professionals to discuss issues that resonate with all. Our co-leads also utilise virtual sessions via the City HR Community Chats to update the broader membership on key topics that are interesting to all.

Once you have signed up, you will be invited to take part in smaller group discussions, some of which will be in person, which will give you the opportunity to share your own experiences with the group, take part in more informal and in-depth discussions and contribute to debates. Equally, this also means you will have the opportunity to develop your network of peers and share and draw on resources from outside of your own organisation.
