An introduction

The Insurance Network is a growing network for City HR. Co-lead by Amanda Brown (Mash McLennan) and Amera Otaifa (Swiss Re), the group organise informal in person round tables to share best practise and take a deep dive into issues that are specific to the insurance industry, such as regulation specific to insurance. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the top of the agenda for the insurance industry members and in particular the impact of future changes as they relate to requirements around conduct and culture.

This Network is open to all HR professionals, at any level, who is currently working within the Insurance sector.
