An introduction

Vanessa Trigg (Gulf International Bank UK) and Cheryll Davidson (Amundi Asset Management) co-lead the Wealth and Asset Management Network, a group focussed on issues that are pertinent to this sector of the financial services industry. Risk and regulation have been a key topics to date, both current and future potential changes and issues for consideration across HR functions. The network has also been considering the unique challenges associated with the retention of key talent for this sector and issues associated with competitive and complex compensation strategies.
