Last November, our Early Career Network leads, Lucy Mackay (MUFG) and Agata Bryszewska (Société Générale), hosted a special session on the power of networking. It landed incredibly well, with 80% of attendees giving it 9 out of 10.
What we heard afterwards was clear: early-career HR professionals really value time to connect, share experiences, and discuss what’s helping (and what’s not) as they navigate their development. Many asked for more regular spaces to reflect, learn from one another, and build confidence in shaping the next steps of their careers.
So, taking your lead, we’re kicking off the first of four Early Career Network sessions this year.
