2025 - The Tech-Savvy HR Leader: Shaping the Future of the People Function

If 2024 was the year of experimentation in AI, 2025 must be the year of commercialisation. More broadly, technology has the potential to truly revolutionise the HR function. It could be about automating key processes, enhancing decision-making, or elevating your employee experience. From recruitment and coaching to onboarding, people analytics, and talent management, technology also enables greater personalisation through employee self-service portals and predictive analytics, resulting in a more agile and responsive workplace.

This year’s flagship City HR conference journey’s its way through the day to provide delegates with the:

  • tools to build an effective technology investment case,
  • the process to select technology wisely,
  • to hear how different parts of HR can be revolutionised, and, finally:
  • to appreciate the culture and behavioural change needed across their teams to truly embrace this inevitable change.

Ticket Information

  • City HR Members: One complimentary ticket per member organisation
  • Additional member tickets: £300 + VAT, or for 5 or more tickets the price is discounted to £250 +vat per ticket
