There has been recent interest amongst City HR members seeking research and practical steps to support those undergoing the menopause in the workplace.  To coincide with World Menopause Day on 18th October, the Financial Services Skills Commission and Standard Chartered joined forces to share the results of their recent survey on this topic and to give some insights as to how employers could manage the well-being of employees in this window of their life.

On the back of the launch of their joint publication “Menopause in the Workplace: Impact on Women in Financial Services” we are delighted to welcome Fenil Khiroya, a Global HR Director at Standard Chartered Bank and Katharina Earhart. Policy and Research  Manager from the Financial Services Skllls Commission to provide the practical and researched solutions to this well-being issue.
