The generation span has been a focus for many organisations with up to 5 generations currently making up the workforce. However, more recent research is showing that it is not just the generation span that drives how individuals perceive and value their working proposition and worklife balance but personas. This has been brought into sharper focus by Covid-19. For example, a person’s situation is just as likely to create a desire for a specific work pattern or style as the generation in which they sit. As we move into the New Norm, these personas will determine what individuals will desire and find beneficial in at certain stages of their life.
