Andrea Eccles

Chief Executive

Andrea is the Chief Executive of City HR, having joined the Board in 2007. Her background is in both business and people management. She spent 12 years in investment banking in various HR specialist and business partner roles, before founding an HCM consulting firm which was acquired by a PLC. She is the co-Founder of the Guild of Human Resources. She lives with her family in West Sussex where she helps to run an Arts and Music Festival.

Cindy Mahoney

Head of Talent

Cindy is Head of Talent Management at City HR and has been a Board Director since Jan 2017. She previously held global HR roles in financial services organisations as well as spending 11 years in consulting. She is passionate about strengthening a diverse talent pipeline into the sector. Cindy is married with a big family in West Sussex, and is passionate about growing her own veg.

Sam Bailey

Operations & Events Manager

Sam joined City HR in 2005 and has over 15 years’ experience in HR related services.  She is responsible for event co-ordination as well as member liaison and management of the City HR office.  She is a busy mum to a 13 year old son.  Sam loves singing and is a member of a North London choir, performing at gigs regularly, including at the Edinburgh Fringe.  She is also a Blue Badge tourist guide.
