Agata is an Associate Director in HR at British Arab Commercial Bank. Agata’s main experience has been within both private (financial services and legal) and public sector across 3 countries, supporting multiple jurisdictions. Agata has a strong background in a variety of HR disciplines, particularly in business partnering, remuneration and performance management as well as a passion for DE&I. Agata holds a BA in Educational Psychology as well as a BA Honours in Industrial Psychology. In her spare time, Agata like to play tennis and explore the world.

Aneta is an EMEA Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) at MUFG, a Japanese global investment bank. In her role she leads on the development and implementation of the DEI strategy and partners with leaders to make workplaces more diverse and cultures more inclusive and equitable for all.

Aneta started her career in HR working across a range of sectors including fintech, media, travel and financial services. In 2016 she decided to specialise in DEI to combine her experience, strengths and passion for culture change. Aneta is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, holds a MA in Human Resource Management, Mental Health First Aid, counselling and coaching certifications, and has been recognised as #FutureOfWork Pioneer 2023.

Aneta loves podcasts, theatre/stand-up, dabbles in the FIRE movement and spends a lot of time travelling the world.

Evette is People Lead at Lloyd’s Banking Group.  Evette has extensive, generalist HR experience which she gained from working in 7 different industries, prior to joining Lloyd’s in 2023.

Evette has a masters degree in Strategic HRM and a Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management.

Evette has a passion for wellbeing both professionally and personally and in her spare time enjoys a range of activities including Latin American dancing!

Ali’s current job is Performance Management Lead, within the Culture & Capability team at NatWest, where she has worked for the last 10 years in a wide range of HR roles including with-in house HR Consultancy, Transformation programmes, People plan initiatives and Executive Business Management.  Previous to this, Ali had a career in Retail Management.  Ali has a BA in Sociology and an MA in Human Resource management.  During her spare time she is an avid DIY-er, likes to travel and keep active.

Alison is the former global lead for culture at HSBC with a reputation built on 10 years experience of organisational culture and culture change. She is a passionate, strategic HR leader whose aim is to ensure firms are nurturing healthy cultures and raising overall standards of behaviour. She has worked in financial services for 20 years, predominately in the City, with roles in programme management, banking strategy and consulting. Alison has recently qualified as a yoga teacher and is a competitive latin and ballroom dancer.

Dushy works within HR at the London Stock Exchange Group after transitioning from her local partnering role in Sri Lanka in 2022. At LSEG, Dushy has played multiple HR generalist roles locally and globally with a focus on people strategy, engagement and reporting while recently focusing on global mobility. Dushy holds a master’s degree from the University of West London and BBA from the University of Colombo. She is an Attorney-at-Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka having obtained her LLB from the University of London. Outside of work, Dushy enjoys traveling, spending time with family and swimming.

One (pronounced Oh-Nay) is an HR Leader with 20 years’ experience, spanning sales, coaching, organisation development, sustainability and HR generalist across the Financial Services and Consulting industries.

Currently, she is a Director at Standard Chartered Bank, responsible for Talent Identification and Succession Management globally. In her previous role, One led the deployment and adoption of the Bank’s Talent Marketplace globally.

She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, an experienced executive coach and mediator. One is passionate about people and enjoys reflective time; hidden behind the pages of a book or listening to music, often it’s both.

Rebecca was appointed to the City HR Shadow Board in July 2023. She is currently the Head of HR at Hakluyt & Company, a global strategic advisory firm. She has worked at Hakluyt for the past 10 years. Rebecca studied Sociology at Newcastle University and has since done her higher level 7 CIPD and completed an Executive MBA. In her spare time, Rebecca works with Pilotlight to help charities across the UK. Currently, she is working closely with an HIV charity to bring focus to their performance and development strategies.

Lewis is the Senior HR Business Partner at Atrium Underwriters Ltd, a Lloyd’s of London insurance syndicate, having previously worked across the education and private Healthcare sectors. He is passionate about the importance of effective management and leadership, coaching managers to build productive and engaged teams. Lewis contributes widely to inclusive initiatives both at Atrium and across the market, ensuring the attraction and retention of diverse talent remains a key focus.

In his spare time Lewis works with charities to provide employability and career skills workshops for inner-London students, and competes nationally in Brazilian Jiujitsu.

Beth is currently a Compensation Manager at Societe Generale and has a background in the Reward specialism across various financial services firms including asset management, insurance brokerage, private banking and investment banking. She prides herself on being able to bring fair, equitable and data driven solutions while advocating for all employees where needed. She has a BSc in Behavioural Studies, an MSc in Human Resource Management and is CIPD Level 7 qualified. Beth (a native Scot) has lived in Scotland, Azerbaijan, Switzerland, UAE and now England.

She spends most of her spare time with her dog Poppy and is training for her 5^th Hyrox racing event in November.

With over 18 years’ experience in HR, Jo is the Head of Business Partnering and L&D at ICBC Standard Bank.  Her role double hats as a strategic HR Business Partner and trusted advisor to Senior Leadership, whilst also leading and delivering the Bank’s Learning and Talent Development agenda.

Jo lives in Hertfordshire, is married with 2 children and has two Beagle puppies!

Eleanor is HR Regulation and Governance Manager at Brown Shipley Ltd and her career spans 20 years in Financial Services where she has also held Senior HR positions at Santander UK. Combining her strong HR generalist experience and SMCR specialism, Eleanor is now committed to demonstrating the value from embedding the regulatory framework throughout the employee lifecycle.

Eleanor holds a Post Graduate Diploma in HR, a Post Graduate Certificate in Business & Personal Coaching and is a Chartered Fellow Member of CIPD.

Eleanor is a proud ‘part time’ HR professional as she is privileged to also be raising the next generation, her son and daughter (and husband!) are her biggest cheerleaders!

Chris is Head of Learning and Development for SMBC Group EMEA and has over 15 years’ experience in the Talent, Learning and Development space, working in professional services and banking. In addition to the UK, Chris has spent time living and working in Australia and Japan and outside work enjoys camping, DIY and spending time with family.
