New for 2026 the HR Operations Special Interest Group has been established in response to members feedback on need. The aim of the HR Ops Special Interest Group is to provide a forum for those challenged with running HR operational services to connect at in-person roundtable to share insight, information and shared learning.

Once you have signed up, you will be invited to take part in smaller group discussions, some of which will be in person, which will give you the opportunity to share your own experiences with the group, take part in more informal and in-depth discussions and contribute to debates. Equally, this also means you will have the opportunity to develop your network of peers and share and draw on resources from outside of your own organisation.
We strongly encourage members to get involved with these groups as they are a wonderful opportunity to expand your horizons and broaden your network as part of CityHR.
