An introduction

The Insurance Network is a growing network for City HR. Co-lead by Amanda Brown (Marsh McLennan), Amera Otaifa (Swiss Re), and Jo Sykes (Travelers Europe), the group organise informal in-person roundtables to share best practice and take deep dives into issues that are specific to the Insurance industry. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is at the top of the agenda too for the Insurance industry members and in particular the impact of future changes as they relate to requirements around conduct and culture.
