Jason Spivey joined Investec in February 2026 as the Head of People & Organisation for Investec Bank plc, is a member of the Executive Committee and Remuneration Committee. Jason brings over 25 years of HR expertise within financial services, spanning several leading global institutions. Most recently, he served as Chief HR Officer for Union Bancaire Privée, where he led the UK HR team. Before this, Jason led HR for Europe Financial Advisory at Lazard, and held several senior roles at Deutsche Bank, where he spent a decade shaping HR strategy, talent development, and leadership engagement. Jason lives in Surrey with his wife and two children, and in his spare time, he is a passionate runner and cyclist, having cycled many of the grand tour climbs across Europe.
