Joyce is a HR professional with over 20 years’ experience helping organisations navigate change, supporting leaders and making sense of the wonderfully complex world of people at work.
At Brown Shipley, Joyce works with leaders on everything from organisational change to performance, culture and complex employee relations. Her experience spans several industries, including Consultancy, Private Banking and Fintech. She brings a practical approach, plenty of curiosity and a sense of humour.
Joyce is CIPD Level 7 qualified with a master’s degree in Human Resources Management. She is also a school governor, bringing her people experience into education and contributing to the wider community.
Joyce is passionate about HR having a meaningful voice in business decisions, challenging assumptions and finding solutions that work for both people and organisations.
