Louise Brown is a Fractional HR Director with a rare blend of front office, risk and HR expertise, built over 20+ years in financial services. Her career spans COO, business risk and resilience, third party risk and HR, from analytics and business partnering to advising C-suite leaders. Most recently at HSBC, she held business and HR roles driving business change, including as a recognised AI Ambassador. A City HR board member since 2019, she is a 2024 Brummel Inspirational Women: Change Maker and Top 10 HR Executive. Louise enjoys cycling, the outdoors and time with her husband and two daughters.
