Lucy joined the CityHR board in December 2021, and as of July 2026 will serve as co-Vice Chair of the board. Lucy has over 15 years’ experience in financial services, starting her career on the trading floor at an inter-dealer broker, and then spending over 15 years in Human Resources. She has worked in a number of Total Reward roles at Societe Generale and UBS and is currently a Managing Director at JPMorganChase . She works advising business leaders with their reward strategies and processes and she has also worked with boards and regulators globally on remuneration topics.
Lucy holds a degree in Economics from UCL. She grew up in Spain and has lived in several countries throughout her life across continents, and is a fluent Spanish and French speaker.
