Simon is the Senior Manager, Total Reward and L&D at Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking. With a decade of experience across Financial Services, Simon specialises in reward but has a eye for all things data analytics through his support across HR functions and as Co-Lead for City HR’s Data Analytics Special Interest Group. He holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management and an MSc in International Business Management.
Outside of work, Simon likes swimming and running as well as spending time with his two children, Oscar and Esme.
