Tashan is an experienced Human Resources leader and currently leads the UK HR team at Emirates NBD bank. With a master’s degree in human resources management and AAT qualifications in Accounting and Finance, she brings a strong combination of people expertise and commercial understanding.
Having worked across financial services, e-commerce, fashion, and charitable sectors, Tashan has built extensive experience in driving organisational growth, performance, and culture. Tashan works closely with leadership teams as a strategic HR partner, helping organisations navigate change, develop talent, and achieve their business objectives. She has previously served at Trustee level for women’s charities, reflecting a commitment to governance, inclusion, and community impact.
Tashan is also the Co-Chair of City HR’s Small and Medium Bank Network, supporting collaboration and development across the banking industry.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, dancing, reading and health and fitness.
