Teslyn is a senior HR leader with experience shaping people strategy, employee relations and HR operations across financial and professional services. She partners with senior leaders to align people priorities with business goals, enable high-performing teams and help organisations navigate change with a practical, people-centred approach.
In her current role, Teslyn leads HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations and HR Operations for Vanguard in Europe, a role she has held since November 2024. Her remit spans strategic business partnering, complex employee relations, HR service delivery and the development of effective people practices across the region.
Teslyn brings a strong track record of leading teams, advising senior stakeholders and delivering local and international people projects. She offers a commercial, collaborative and values-led perspective, with a focus on supporting inclusive, effective and people-centred workplaces.
