LHH’S CAREER MOBILITY AND OUTPLACEMENT TRENDS REPORT: THE MOBILITY BREAKDOWN

Based on insights from 3,000 HR leaders and 8,000 white-collar workers in organisations with 500+ employees worldwide, this new global report explores how HR professionals and organisations are implementing workforce change and the growing employee disconnect between intent and experience.

Report findings include:

The findings uncover a powerful link between culture, connection and long-term performance and raise important questions about what organisations may be unintentionally losing when people no longer feel able to grow sustainably at work.
